Leisure World’s NEW Summer Energy Booster day is the perfect way to do something different with your weekend, or to give a boost to your existing exercise regime.
Based at Leisure World Colchester, the Summer Energy Booster days run from 8am and are for both men and women. The morning starts with a gentle walk/run in Colchester’s award-winning Castle Park; then to wake up those feel good endorphins there are three invigorating fitness classes including functional training, Keiser Cycling and Yoga.
The afternoon will be spent in Aqua Springs spa, allowing time for your muscles and mind to relax in the Jacuzzi, Saunas, Steam Room, Salt Inhalation Room, Aromatherapy Room, Hydrotherapy Spa Pools, Cool Pool and more. Stay as long as you like (spa closes at 6pm) and beauty treatments are available as an optional extra.
