What is an assisted collection?

If you can't get your recycling and rubbish out to the front of your house, we can help. This is called an "assisted collection".

It means you can agree with us a place on your property that is accessible and we will collect your recycling and rubbish from there.

Your recycling and rubbish will need to be in a place we can get to. It should be outside your building and within the boundary of your property.

Recycling and rubbish must be in the agreed collection place by 7am on the day of your collection.
