It seeks views on widening access and considering the scope of the database of rogue landlords and property agents. The database is currently an enforcement tool available to local authorities, except in certain circumstances where anonymised, aggregated data can be requested by the public.

This consultation from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government runs from 21 July to 12 October 2019.
