There are currently no appeals that have been lodged in the magistrates' court.

Notices of Review

There are currently no Notices of Review.

Any person can make representations or comments to the Council about applications for new licences, variations or reviews.  Comments may be positive or negative but must be submitted within the 28 day objection period.  Representations will only be considered relevant by the Council if they relate to the licensing objectives of:

  • the prevention of crime and disorder
  • prevention of public nuisance
  • public safety
  • the protection of children from harm

The Council is unable to accept comments considered to be frivolous or if they relate to personal disputes.
