Housing Strategy 2022-27

Colchester's Housing Strategy 2022-27 has been developed by the Housing Strategy Partnership which includes Colchester City Council and its Partner Organisations.

The Housing Strategy sets out the Council's ambitions for housing in Colchester over the next 5 years. The Strategy will achieve its aims and objectives through the implementation of the Delivery Plan by working closely with a wide range of partners to achieve the vision for housing in Colchester.

Research and information on housing in Colchester have been used to develop an Evidence base for the strategy (which will be published soon).
