• If you arrive without the information requested we will be unable to confirm your Eligibility and Homelessness or Threat of Homelessness within 56 days.
• If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment we will be unable to see you and you will need to rebook an appointment.
• Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your appointment or if you are unable to attend by emailing us at housing.solutions@cbhomes.org.uk or by calling 01206 282569.
• You will be able to book a new appointment by logging back into the Enhanced Housing Options Wizard using your login details provided.

Things you will need to bring to your appointment:

• Photo ID for you e.g. photo driving licence alongside your full birth certificate or passport. You will need to bring any documents regarding your immigration status if you are not a UK National.
• Evidence to confirm that you are homeless or threatened with homelessness, e.g. your Notice from your landlord and your tenancy agreement
