Local Council Tax Support (pension age)
Local Council Tax Support for pension age claimants is a 'means-tested' benefit that will be assessed using your household income and savings. Pension age claimants can receive up to 100% of their Council Tax paid if they are on a low income.

You may be able to claim if:
- you and your partner (if applicable) are State Pension age
- you are liable to pay Council Tax
- you are living in the property as your main home
- you have less than £16,000 in savings (unless you recieve Pension Credit Guarantee Credit)
