Our Community Support Employment Officers offer help, advice and support to people who are disadvantaged to move closer to the workplace.

• Having a real face to face conversation to hear your story
• Developing your confidence by helping you to realise your skills and unique abilities
• Helping you to look for work and training opportunities 
• Making use of existing community based support to improve your prospects
