Failed Application Redress and Licence Holder Redress
Please get in touch with the Council in the first instance.
Consumer Complaint
We would always advise that in case of a complaint, you make the first contact with the trader - preferably in the form of a letter (with proof of delivery). If that has not worked and you are located in the UK, Consumer Rights - GOV.UK will give you advice. If you are not in the UK, contact the UK European Consumer Centre.
Other Redress
About noise or pollution for example, or should one licence holder complain about another.
