The consultation on the Great Tey Neighbourhood Plan ran from Monday 12 February to 5pm Monday 25 March 2024.
Colchester City Council has received the Great Tey Neighbourhood Plan Submission documents for publication in accordance with Part 5 Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

A hard copy of documents can be viewed at the Town Hall, High Street, Colchester, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Consultation duration and closing date
In accordance with Part 5 Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General Regulation 2012), the consultation on the Great Tey Neighbourhood Plan will run between 12 February 2024 to 5pm Monday 25 March 2024.

All representations will be published on our consultation portal in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulations.

Examination of the Great Tey Neighbourhood Plan
Following the completion of the consultation, all responses received have been sent to the appointed Independent Neighbourhood Plan Examiner who will determine whether the plan satisfies the basic conditions.
If the Neighbourhood Plan passes the Examination, it can then progress to the Referendum stage. Mr David Kaiserman has been appointed to carry out the Examination.
