The information provided in the PDF is mostly available on the council's website in HTML format so it can be read using either format. It is likely that information in the PDF will be updated fairly regularly which would place a significant amount of time of a content designer's time to complete.

Most of the information in the PDF is already available on the council's website in HTML format. The PDF has just been created as an additional document to give residents an option of the format they would like to view the information in. Therefore it has been decided that the PDF should be uploaded on the council's website.
