Crisis and Resilience Fund - Housing Payment

From 1 April 2026, Discretionary Housing Payments (DHPs) are ending nationally. They are being replaced by Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) Housing Payments.

This scheme forms part of the national Crisis and Resilience Fund, which runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.

CRF Housing Payments continue to provide discretionary financial help for residents facing a shortfall in their rent. They operate under national guidance as part of a wider anti-poverty framework.
