Annexe Discount
Annexes which are either used by the resident of the main home or occupied by a relative of the resident in the main home may qualify for a 50% discount.
To qualify for the discount, the annexe must form part of a single property which includes at least one other dwelling.
It must also either be:
- used by a resident of the other dwelling as part of their sole or main residence, or
- the sole or main residence of a relative of the person who is liable to pay the Council Tax in respect of the other dwelling
