Businesses and venues reopening in Colchester

Business Support Grants

The Government has introduced a new Business Support Grant under its response to COVID-19. The grant will help businesses affected by local lockdown measures.


Castle Park playground closed

We have taken the decision to close the playground in Upper Castle Park to keep residents safe as the coronavirus infection rate in Colchester continues to rise.

Colchester will move to Tier 4 COVID-19 restrictions from Boxing Day
