To report a concern about an adult

Contact Adult Social Care by calling 0345 603 7630 from Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 5pm and Friday, 8:45am to 4:30pm.

If you are calling out of hours, contact the Emergency Duty Service on 0345 606 1212 or email the Adult Social Care team. 

Report a concern if you

• are worried about the safety/wellbeing of a member of the public, family member or friend
• suspect neglect or abuse

Report a concern about a child:

Contact Children's Social Care by calling 0345 603 7627.

If you are calling out of hours, contact the emergency duty team on 0345 606 1212.
