From February 2025 we will provide a containerised collection service of all waste streams including card and paper, plastic, tins, cans and aerosols so that business customers can be ahead of the legislative changes coming into force on 1 April 2025 under The Environment Act 2021.

Collection restrictions

For the safety of our crew members and to prevent damage to our vehicles, we are unable to collect:

• hazardous or clinical waste
• liquids
• electrical items
• builders’ materials
• large pieces of metal, wood or similar materials
