The report is an overview of the impact of the national housing crisis in Colchester. It is insight and evidence that will help inform the action plan that is being set up to help this situation and the drain on the council's budget and will support a lot of work that is coming up for housing. Access is needed to link through to press releases and for stakeholders.

The document is very lengthy, so resource to transfer that to text on a page would place a burden on the online team at the short notice provided by the service.
