• An easily searchable and indexable version

We have estimated that it would take a disproportionate amount of a content designers time to create a HTML version of this PDF.

Contributing factors

Other factors relevant to this decision are:

• Interest in the documents is likely to be limited as those with an interest are likely to be limited in number.
• High Woods Country Park already has its own area on the councils website so some of the content is already accessible.
• We will continue to assist with accessible versions on request.

Assessment

Having considered the estimated resource involved in creating an accessible version, along with the low estimated demand, we have concluded that the work involved would take a considerable amount of staff time. This represents a disproportionate burden on the organisation.
