Benefits of creating an accessible version

The benefits of creating a HTML version of this PDF would be:

• a fully accessible version for all users to access
• an easily searchable and indexable version

Burden placed on the organisation

It would take time to convert, meaning a cost and therefore would not be in the publics interest taking into consideration that it is likely to be viewed by a very small number of people.
