It is a statutory duty for the Council to display the Annual Status Report.

The benefits of creating a HTML version of this PDF would be:

• A fully accessible version for all users to access.
• An easily searchable and indexable version.
• The document needs to be read only and not editable.

Burden placed on the organisation

The number of views for the document would make any costs and time disproportionate.

Assessment

The ASR is a document that has been approved and accepted by DEFRA. It is this document, that needs statutorily to be displayed. Upon request, we can provide the document in parts in a more accessible format to residents.
