Disproportionate burden assessment for the customer satisfaction survey

Scope

The customer satifcation survey results document provides a summary of customers feedback on High Woods Country park and the visitor centre. This information can be used to inform the future managment of the park. Customers may wish to access this information to see how their feedback contibuted to the overall rating of the park.

Benefits of creating an accessible version

The benefits of creating a HTML version of this PDF would be: 

• A fully accessible version for all users to access
• An easily searchable and indexable version

Burden placed on the organisation

We have estimated that it would take a disproportionate amount of a content designer's time to create a HTML version of this PDF.

Contributing factors

Other factors relevant to this decision are:

• Interest in the documents is likely to be limited to those who filled out the questionaire so only a reletively low number of people.
• We will continue to assist with accessible versions on request.

Assessment

Having considered the estimated resource involved in creating an accessible version, along with the low estimated demand, we have concluded that the work involved would take a considerable amount of staff time. This represents a disproportionate burden on the organisation.
