It is a legislative requirement that the election notices are available on the website.

Benefits of creating an accessible version

The benefits of creating a HTML version of this PDF would be:

• It is readily available to everyone. 

Burden placed on the organisation

It will take a considertate amount of time, it is simply not possible given the volume, time and turn around time. 

Contributing factors

• We can supply an accessible version on request.
• Not all the notices are displayed as PDFs.
• The volume, time and turn around time.

Assessment

Due to the volume, time and turn around time and number of staff, it is simply not possible to create a HTML version for each notice.
