Expression of Interest invitation for Abbey Field Community Centre

Organisations wishing to express an interest in taking a lease of the Abbey Field Community Centre should submit their completed questionnaire, along with a business plan or supporting documentation.

The deadline for an Expression of Interest is 12:00pm on Wednesday 4 November 2020.

What happens next

From Monday 16 November to Wednesday 25 November 2020 Expressions of Interest will be considered by a panel (additional information to support an application could be requested by the panel).

Successful applicants will be invited to present their offer to the panel and answer any questions.

A final decision on whether to grant a lease will be made at the sole discretion of the panel.

In December 2020 a successful applicant will enter into negotiations for a lease subject to contract of Abbey Field Community Centre.
