Getting things right first time is really important to us. Where you feel we have failed and wish to complain we aim to respond to you as quickly as we can however, as a minimum, you can expect to receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 5 days and our response within 4 weeks. If it's a complex situation that needs more time to investigate, we will write to let you know and confirm a date that we will respond by.
