HMO Licence Fit and Proper Person Declaration
When deciding whether to grant a HMO licence, the Council must give consideration as to whether the proposed Licence Holder or Manager is a Fit & Proper Person. Please answer the following questions to submit a Fit & Proper Person Declaration.
