HMO Licence Fit and Proper Person Declaration

When deciding whether to grant a HMO licence, the Council must give consideration as to whether the proposed Licence Holder or Manager is a Fit & Proper Person. Please answer the following questions to submit a Fit & Proper Person Declaration.

Do you have any unspent convictions that may be relevant to your fitness to hold a licence, or your fitness to manage the property, and, in particular, any such conviction in respect of any offence involving fraud or other dishonesty, or violence or drugs or any offence listed in Schedule 3 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003(a)?
