Please be aware that the form cannot be saved part way.

When completing an application for CARF business rates relief, you will be asked to provide evidence of the financial impact for your business. This can include accounts, bank statements or profit and loss accounts, you will need to include the same evidence from 2019/20 to evidence the loss. Applications submitted without this evidence will not be considered and you may risk missing the application deadline of 31st January.

During the assessment of your application, we may request additional evidence if required. The team will aim to assess applications as quickly as possible. If successful you will receive a confirmation email along with a revised Business Rates Bill showing the relief applied. Please note that the relief only applies to Business Rates Bills for the financial year 2021/22.
