Assisted Collection Application
Assisted Collections are available for residents who need a little extra help putting out their recycling and rubbish.
Please note that you will still use the containers provided for your property. This could be wheeled bins or bags, depending on your address. Assisted collections are not limited to bags—the service covers a range of household waste containers to support residents who are unable to move them to the kerbside.
This means all your usual waste and recycling containers, including wheeled bins, will be collected as part of the assisted collection service.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an Assisted Collection to residents living in flats with a communal front door, as we’re unable to access the properties.
