Moving house and registering for Council Tax

Tell us you're moving!

If you are moving to Colchester Borough, moving home within the Borough or moving out of the Borough, we need to know:

• The date of your move
• Details of your old and new addresses (or a correspondence address)
• Details of who is moving with you and who will be taking on your new property (for example landlord or purchaser) 

We can then update your records across our service departments. You will be able to choose which departments you want to tell.
