Gender Equality Scheme

Our Gender Equality Scheme sets out our objectives for promoting gender equality and eliminating any discrimination or harassment that occurs as a result of a person's gender.  The Scheme identifies how a person's gender can have a significant impact on the way that they access or are offered services.  Furthermore, a person's gender may be a significant factor in the jobs that they apply for, the hours that they work and the career development opportunities available to them.
