Knowing your community

‘Knowing your community’ is a new section of our website. Its aim is to bring together a number of projects so that you can check out a wide range of information about the borough – all in one place.
This part of our website will be developed over the coming months, as more information becomes available for us to put online.
Your views are very important in this development, so we have launched this section at an early stage to enable us to take your feedback into account as we take this work forward. This will help us to improve the site and make it as user-friendly as possible.

Consultation Finder catalogues our consultations and research documents. You can use it to find out about and comment on current consultations, look at what future consultations are coming up and see what has happened in past consultations undertaken by Colchester Borough Council. You can view statistics from the ‘c-statistics’ area in map and graph formats, making the data easier to visualise and compare. Data can be presented at various levels including ward, parish and super output area.
