Reinvigorating Right to Buy and one for one replacement

This consultation seeks views on how the government will achieve its proposals to increase the caps on Right to Buy discounts, and ensure that the receipts on every additional home sold under the Right to Buy are used to fund replacement, on a one for one basis, with a new home for affordable rent.

 It also seeks views on a number of questions relating to the proposals.

This is a consultation from the Department for Communities and Local Government, which runs from 22 December 2011 to 2 February 2012.
