Town Centre Character Appraisals
Colchester Borough Council wishes to adopt and publish a Conservation Area Appraisal to help protect, manage and enhance the Town Centre Conservation Area. The Conservation Area is an area of the town that has a special character and is of architectural and historic interest.
The Appraisal will establish the most important characteristics of the Town Centre and propose appropriate ways to protect these characteristics, manage and enhance the area
