- By calling in person - at the Customer Service Centre, High Street, Colchester which is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Comments
Your comment(s) will be passed on to the service concerned so that they are aware of your comments and can consider any appropriate action.
Complaints
Within five working days we aim to:-
- answer all complaints, although it may take a little longer to investigate more complicated issues.
- let you know if it is going to take longer and when we hope to have a full answer.
- reply to you in writing if you complained in writing.
