Forward plan of key decisions
The Forward Plan of Key decisions is published each month and lists the key decisions that will be taken by the Council over the courses of the next four months. Key Decisions relate to those decisions which are likely to:
- result in the Council spending or saving money in excess of £500,000;
- have a significant impact on two or more wards within the Borough of Colchester.
The Plan sets out when the decision will taken and by whom and what consultation will undertaken in advance of the decisions.

During the period from 1 March 2012 - 30 June 2012, Colchester Borough Council intends to take 'key decisions' on the issues set out in the Forward Plan of Key Decisions.
