Senior Management Team
The senior management team consists of the Chief Executive and three Directors.
Colchester Borough Council's Senior Management Team is responsible for the overall running of the organisation; its achievements against objectives and plans; its performance against targets; the efficient use of resources and the effective delivery of services.
In addition, the Senior Management Team works with its Councillors and Administration in seeking inward investment to Colchester; uses its own assets for further development; and shapes the Borough for the benefit of residents, businesses and visitors to improve the quality of life for all.
The senior managers listed under Assistant Directors have full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of services, the implementation of plans, and the management of staff.
